J.G. Russell tattooed in Pittsburg Pennsylvania in the 1930's and 1940's. This frame design is based on a pattern made in a foundry there. His frames were a favorite of Cap Colemans. In that same spirit Scott has created a unique workhorse that will deliver for years to come.
